Question by Linda F: How would this quote connect to you?
“Some people think only intellect counts: knowing how to solve problems, knowing how to get by, knowing how to identify an advantage and seize it. But the functions of intellect are insufficient without courage, love, friendship, compassion and empathy.” (Anonymous)

How would this quote relate to you? Are there any metaphors that can be linked to this? Thanks!

Basically this is saying that if you aren’t a good, trustworthy person being smart won’t help you. It doesn’t matter how the quote relates to ME — you need to figure it out for yourself.

Intelligence is nothing without friendships, relationships and courage.
People & relationships are more important than being book smart.
