Me (guy) and my friend (girl) have been friends for a long time. We think of each other as brother and sister, but were not. How do i get a really good friend to become friends with benefits?

Friends with benefits will just complicate things and one of you will end up getting hurt because one will fall too hard and the other won’t. You should either be friends or be in a relationship that you both want.
