Also, you’re fishing rod needs to be mystrile or higher. Plus, after Leia gets back into the ocean, the only time you can see her is if you wait at night on Tuesday, and at midnight on Wednesday, she will come on shore from the right side of the ocean where she left during the yellow heart event.
