@douvil They were going to claim bankruptcy, so I’ve been riding it out and getting small amounts here and there. I’d rather get the full amount over time than a fraction all at once.

  2. douvil says:

@rjones6801 For that amount of money, you obviously wrote and sign a contract…right?

  3. SnowCrasher says:

  5. MrSantino71 says:

brilliant; people that wants high value products at a cheap price will receive always the baddest one, paying double of a middle one; is much easier to pay the right price of what we need.

  6. rjones6801 says:

I have a client that still owes me $8,900…for work I did 2 years ago.

Google the petition regarding the Dept of Interior asking for designers to work on spec and be paid far below the market rate for a logo. The Department of the Interior… this is not a 6th grade poster contest, feds, it is a job for a professional USA designer who should be compensated fairly for the value.

    OMG I Get this everyday!

  14. djhoekitty says:

Ah, Aquage products in that salon. Love it! I live for that company!!

  15. TheRobbex says:

Like a trip down Memory Lane. A bad one. Everything about this (very well acted) sketch is true except the people involved are obviously much nicer and cleverer than the ones I had to deal with. But it’s over. Now the world owns computers and everyone is a graphic designer and or artist as soon as they plug it in. Me? I do something else now, happily.

  16. wannabeb3 says:

    HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA! LOL! This is funny.

  17. mastodon77 says:

Irony is that the little advertisement below is from 99design.com a crowd sourcing site that is slowly ruining the design industry.
