I work with a few ex-army guys, who are pretty much all pro-war and all that it stand for. I’m more or less a live and let live type of guy. I still maintain a professional working relationship with these guys, and a pretty great friendship too. I wouldn’t let a few differences in opinion get in the way
your whole life is an example of having to deal with other people, people that are different than you. You have to have a relationship with people to survive
At work…as much as I can’t stand everybody, I certainly don’t want to cause any unnecessary animosity towards anyone. I just have to try to keep things professional. I don’t like most of them because they are lazy and complain too much about work. And some of them are so overly sensitive that I feel that I can’t be my sarcastic self in fear that I may offend someone. It’s exhausting to have to try to keep professional because I feel that I can’t be me..I feel that I’m being fake…but I only do it to try and keep my work environment less miserable.
